For promoting the development of world Mahjong movement and competition level, level up players'abilities, strength people's culture cultivation, the World Mahjong Contest Center had issued standard of Mahjong Pin Level, and it will going into effect at the First World Mahjong Championship.

      This is a transit procedure; it can better fit in current Mahjong environment, let players' compare their past competitions' results more easily. Players can apply pin level according their real abilities.

1.     All the points that players get since issued will be valid, if those competitions were in line with the regulations form .

2.     According above, the results from certificated competitions are valid. The World Mahjong Contest Center will consult other Mahjong organizations to determine how this will carry out.

For example: Players' rankings at previous China Majiang Championship are valid. If certain player want apply higher Pin Level, he or she must attend more Mahjong competitions in order to gain more points to advance.

3.     Players can apply for Pin Level at any time and places since the First World Mahjong Championship. Players must present former documents about certificated competition results and Pin Level Certificate (Copy).

4.     The World Mahjong Contest Center will issue Application Form of Pin Level. Players can mail, fax or e-mail this from after completed this form.

5.     The World Mahjong Contest Center will declare applier's Pin Level after review Application Form with certain standard. The player's Pin Level will inform player and put on the official website. The certificate of Pin Level will sent to the applier on an later date.

6.     Players can use their previous rankings only once, and then players should apply Pin Level according to the new procedure only.

7.     The World Mahjong Organization respect other Mahjong organizations use scientific ways to organize competitions, and rankings and points that players archived from it.
