The World Mahjong Organization issued international (MCR), it was published by China Publishing Company. MCR embedded fairness, openness and scientific into the fundamental. Mahjong organizations from different regions and countries all give their high praise of MCR. Organizations from Germany, Hungary, Russia and France also want translate MCR into their own langrage, for better studying and prompting of MCR.
In order to prompt Olympic spirit and advocate healthy, scientific and friendly Mahjong culture, the Fourth China Majiang Championship, World Mahjong Cup Series and the First World Mahjong Championship in China will use MCR.
